We’ve made some simple but important commitments.
We may be small, but it all adds up, so we want to make sure we are a force for good in everything we do.
Climate active workforce. We specialise in remote productions to avoid unnecessary travel for crew, hosts or guests. Emissions from necessary travel & our day to day operations are calculated and offset by funding impact projects through Ecologi.
Team Impact Contributions. Each month we fund impact projects on a per-head basis for our entire workforce, both in-house and freelance.
Freelancers always paid on time. We’ve been on the other side of this, it’s not nice! With next to no legal protection in place for freelancers we commit to paying all invoices within the agreed term.
Freelancers treated like one of our own. Companies often have health and wellness policies in place for full time staff. We think here’s no reason not to extend this to freelancers who are often left without any support from their clients. For example, we offer our freelancers access to the popular Headspace app to support them with their mental health.
Being resourceful. We only buy what we need. And when we do, we firstly look for second-hand or refurbished items. Failing that, we will buy new from responsible and trusted suppliers.
Flexible working. In-house and freelance team members can work from wherever makes them happy.
